I was a resident for 2 years. For the price you pay it’s not worth it. On top of that you spend at least $8 a load of laundry with their shared washer/dryers. Assuming they’re working at all. The apartment complex claims smoke free but every single one of my neighbors smoked and the smell traveled. The entryways are filthy. Upon ending my lease I have been met with nothing but issues. Yeah trash heap. Don't expect to sleep if you live anywhere near this place. They pickup the dumpster at 3,4, and 5 am every damn morning it sounds like a war zone n the whole street is prob slowly going crazy. It's the projects of vestal. Managed by some big firm in jersey... just to see one there's like a dozen numbers u could call. One link gave me some random guy wrong number. The maintaince guys seem nice n I did the reno on a handful of these. Those look nice. But I can't wait to move far away n sleep again

I moved into one of the apartment buildings back in the springtime, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far. My apartment was well-kept and very spacious, and everyone was very nice and helpful during the moving process. The neighborhood is very friendly and close to everything. Overall, I think this is a lovely place to stay.

It's incredible because it has like an addict and that's why I like I have like one like I only have like two bedrooms so yeah it's really fun to be here but it's really like weird to be in a different house and everything else

For almost $1,400 a month you'd think this building would have a generator. Theres Hardly any hot water, it only last maybe 5 minutes! Our dishwasher is slowly melting away we have stopped using it since the first time we noticed, and we have said something a couple times still no response. Oh and the rent is going up again after already going up twice in the past year.
