Stripped my drain plug hole on my oil pan Stripped my drain plug hole on my oil pan. Owner will not face up to the fact that his facilty did it and will not cover the cost of a new pan. This willcost me about $1000 to get fixed. Avoid Holly tire and Auto !!!
Not going here again I was shopping for tires for my vehicle and stopped in here well I was pricing. I was astounded at the fact that they completely ignored me the only female in the store and helped all the male customers until I pointed out I had been waiting forever. Then they were rude. The prices were somewhat high but even if they were cheap they can keep their tires!
They will screw your auto up bad! Made my car worse and now the owner Al won't return my phone calls. I have no recorse but to take this to a higher level. I'm am very unstaisfied and want this fixed.
Good Honest Service I have been a customer of Holly Tire for over 10 years. Being a woman, I am always on guard. The crew at Holly Tire are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They have my complete trust. BTW - you have to try the new coffee machine!
Dishonest 1st off we have used Holly Tire several times over the 5 years we have lived here and believed they gave us good service at a fair price. On Friday, 20 November my wife droppd off her 04 Stratus because the blower motor stopped working. I was pretty sure it was the resistor which is a quick and cheap fix. We were informed that not only was the resistor bad but the wiring harness was completely corroded and the cost to fix this was $380. I was shocked. Response to poor reviews - Allan F. Owner This is written in response to the poor reviews posted here. Two of these posts are from people that never contacted our shop with any questions or concerns. This leads me to believe these are from competing shops or someone else that would be out to damage our reputation. The review about the stripped drain plug hole is a situation that I am aware of. They make sure you're fully aware of what's going on with your vehicle and if they find something that wasn't in the initial quote, they call you to let you know and what their recommendation is as well as the additional cost. Holly Tire & Auto Svc is We will see. I am taking in my Jeep today to fix an issue two other mechanics have not been able to resolve. I have heard they have a Jeep expert. We will see!!! (no stars awarded yet)
Holly Tire always gives great service I am very astonished by the reviews I have read. Holly Tire has been servicing my 3 cars for years with the BEST of service. Allan and Harold are great.
