Both in the years when our pup was healthy, and over the past few years before she passed, all the staff was so caring, attentive, patient and fair. I called this clinic as my dog has just been diagnosed with congestive heart failure failure. I live in Barrie but I kept my vet in Brampton. I had a written prescription for some meds for my dog that my vet said I could get filled in Barrie at another clinic. When I called to ask this clinic about that, the woman on the phone was very rude. She’s like “we are not a pharmacist”. Like ok? Could you not be nicer about it? Glad I don’t go to this clinic.
