Horrible experience! Our beautiful little Shih Tzu who is 11 years old, was denied boarding by the owner Kelley because she said in her opinion he was too thin and his eyes were dry. She is NOT a Vet at all. She called our vets office and spoke to a Receptionist and got wrong info. about his prior care. Our Vet later called us and apologized saying that his staff should never give info. without speaking to the owner of the pet and knowing that this breed of dog sometimes has dry eyes and that being lean is good for the dog b... read more
