We recently moved here from another local CAPREIT community and are so impressed. Our interactions with building management here are always so friendly & professional. Our unit was prepared beautifully for us. The community is quiet & very well looked after, especially considering the building’s age. You also can’t beat the convenient location with all amenities in extremely close proximity.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place truly earned it. The housing conditions were far below acceptable standards. Maintenance requests were either ignored or handled with extreme delays. When something finally got “fixed,” the quality of the repair was temporary at best. Basic issues that should have been resolved quickly turned into long, frustrating processes. I have been living here for about five years now, and although there have been ups and downs, overall it’s a really good place to live. Even though it’s quite an old building I feel like they do a good job of keeping it in good repair. Sandra from the front end staff is a really nice lady and she’s very very helpful.
