My wife and I have been living for one year this place and it has been an amazing experience. The place is quiet, safe, and very clean. The management team, especially Sandra and her team, have been professional, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful place to live, and we truly enjoyed our time here
I am pretty satisfied with my first lease renewal. I've been living here for almost 1year and everything looks good overall. During the lease renewal, Sandra is professional and listen carefully what I concerned about. I won't regret this choice for sure.
We recently moved here from another local CAPREIT community and are so impressed. Our interactions with building management here are always so friendly & professional. Our unit was prepared beautifully for us. The community is quiet & very well looked after, especially considering the building’s age. You also can’t beat the convenient location with all amenities in extremely close proximity.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place truly earned it. The housing conditions were far below acceptable standards. Maintenance requests were either ignored or handled with extreme delays. When something finally got “fixed,” the quality of the repair was temporary at best. Basic issues that should have been resolved quickly turned into long, frustrating processes.
