yes, the unit was renovated with new flooring, countertops, fridge, stove & dishwasher & the paint job was ok but their where many other things we noticed after moving in that was missed or short cuts they took to get the job done quickly. the worst part is the wall behind the toilet & the toilet tank. it was so black it almost looked like mold. it was disgusting!!! the bathroom closet & the kitchen pantry was also gross. the wood they had in their for shelving was warped & they did a half ass job painting the inside. i will... read more

Everything is good, just a few things: Would like to cool off in the pool I understand that we have to wait for inspection, not your fault. A covered smoking area would be awesome!!!
