We had a wonderful experience the first time we worked with them. Not the second time around. We made our expectations clear on the replacement awning that we wanted for our Class A. We wanted one that matched. The new one doesn't. We now have an awning when rolled up on the side of the RV that sticks out like a sore thumb. it is white eyesore on a dark brown background.
