My car was broken into right in front of my apartment. They didnt get the radio out but they messed it up pretty bad. Car theft is definitely a problem. My neighbors car was stolen. It could have just as easily have been mine as he was parked right next to me. Maintenance is hit or miss. Maintenance is requested online and sometimes they come right out, sometimes it can take a couple of days, and sometimes they just dont come out at all. When they do though, work is good. ok, so I lived here for 9 months and at firs it was ok, but then you have to deal with car theft, next the management dont supply you with anything for your apartment, and eventhough the rent is ok, for that money you can find yourself a better one.
This is the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived at! I live there for 2 years.
