If you’re considering using Holloways don’t bother. They’re expensive and completely unreliable. The initial sales pitch was convincing — they assured us they could handle everything we asked for. Our move was a bit tricky, as we were relocating to a smaller, three-bedroom terrace-style townhouse. We feel we have been significantly overcharged and treated poorly. While the actual movers who delivered our items back were nice and helpful, the office management and phone staff were unprofessional and unreliable. 1.
