TOTAL SCAM BE WARNED OF MISLEADING LYING SALES REPS!!!!! I put my details in for a free quote and a sales rep Kyran calls me. He told the job would be 1 box at $160 and maybe a second box at the same cost. Depot to depot he said the trip was about an hour and the movers would cost $185 On the day I have been attempted to be charged over $1500!!! They’re quoting for tolls when there isn’t even a toll road.. saying the movers spent 6 hours moving when this also isn’t true among other bogus charges. I tried to seek help from th... read more
At a glance the reviews for this company look good, id proceed with caution. We moved out with them, had our items in storge for 5 months, and moved into our new place. DO NOT go with an hourly rate. It took them over 8 hours to move our items out of a 2 bedroom apartment, when I'd paid for an addition 3rd mover to have it happen faster (spent periods of up to 30 minutes in our bathroom multiple times). UPDATE: Customer service had emailed offering a partial refund to remove the review which I had turned down. I offered to update instead if they took accountability and offset the cleaning of the couch which they now have. Pleasantly surprised they had done so and hence this update from 1 star to their requested 4. Facts are left below for you to decide on your own which is what I think is more important. --- 2 bedroom (2nd room being an office with no bed) took 7 hours.
