Great experience with this company! Hayden arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and took the time to clearly explain what he found, the possible solutions, and our options for fixing the issues. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue the same day, which was incredibly convenient, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also checked that we were happy with the work. Great service all around, I’d definitely recommend Holloway Air and will continue to use their services.
I called early in the morning requesting a tune up because the air was not feeling as cold. They were able to schedule some at 1 pm. Service technician Hayden inspected my AC system and clearly explained what was needed and gave me options. He serviced my system prompty and everying is running great.
They installed a new Trane system 6 years ago. Did a great job. My ac stopped working 2 nights ago and Christian came out next day and fixed it right away for a minimal price. Highly recommend.
We had such a great experience! Christian was super friendly, thorough, and explained exactly what was wrong with our AC in a way that was easy to understand. He fixed it quickly, and everything is working perfectly now. We’re so happy with the service and will definitely be calling them for all of our heating and air needs. Highly recommend!
