So we were shown the pool was infested with crawfish and a unit that wasnt cleaned out at all after the previous tenants moved out. Starting from the outside was disgusting, trash all over the place, the door was beat up, window screen was partially off, going inside was a nightmare as well! This apartment complex is not only health hazard and should be shut down. The apartment I was booked to move into had black mold on the bathroom walls. Trash everywhere on the property not picked up. The management of the property do not disclose information correctly when applying. Also, one of staff is horrible even to possible new residence. Health Hazard and refused to return deposit when decided to not move in.
One of the worst places I've ever been. I've been living in these apartments since 2009 and left in January 2022. I'll just make thing straight: if I could write a more scathing review to tarnish this place and its reputation I would. This place is without a doubt one of the worst places I have ever lived in. HORRIBLE!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! If I could give a lower rating, I absolutely would! This place is a complete nightmare! Petra in the front office is a major problem! So rude, unprofessional, underhanded, sneaky, and overall a horrible human being (I could say a lot more but I’ll keep this professional). I LIVE IN APARTMENT *****AND HAVE MOVED OUT DUE TO BED BUGS AND THE APARTMENTS STAFF HAVING A COMPANY CALLED MASSEY COME OUT TO CHECK AND SAID I DID NOT HAVE THEM I THEN HAD TWO SEPARATE COMPANY'S COME OUT AND CONFIRM I DID INDEED HAVE THE BED BUGS, IN ADDITION TO THIS I ALSO HAVE HAD MAJOR MAINTENANCE ISSUES SINCE DAY ONE THEY NEVER FIX, THE OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN FROM 9 AM TO 6 PM HOWEVER THEY ARE ALWAYS WITH THE CLOSED SIGN ON THE DOOR AND THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE SITTING IN THE OFFIC... read more
