I’m actually a little hesitant to leave this review, but figure it’s good in case the office isn’t aware. I called to make a first time appointment. I was directed to the website to review all policies and that they are a vaccinating office (I was not asked if I read the website, which I did, so I was aware of all of the policies and agreed). Dr. Pandiscio is truly one of the best. She actively listens, never rushes, and welcomes all of my questions without judgment. She’s incredibly well-informed and compassionate, and I can tell she genuinely cares about my son—which is rare to find in today’s medical system. We’re so grateful to have her as our pediatrician.

We are so happy and satisfied with the customer service and how well the staff treats us and our newborn baby boy. We choose Dr Pandiscio and we’re glad because she’s such a sweetheart and we could tell that she is passionate about her work. Our baby has been having the highest care and we’re glad that us as new parents if we have any issues they’ll try to bring us in right away even with same day appointments. My family has been going to Holliston Pediatrics since my first child was born 9 years ago. All 3 of my kids have been patients of Dr. Kumar since birth. She is very knowledgeable and thorough while also understanding and calming. My kids love Dr. Kumar and, as healthcare professionals ourselves, we fully trust her with our kids health and well-being!
