I took my basic firearm safety course with Mr Richard Scales and Conceal Carry I with Mac. Both gentlemen were top notch when it comes to their firearm knowledge and professionalism. Everyone in Mass Firearms School are very helpful and over all great people. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who's trying to obtain their LTC and or just to shoot some firearms. Keep up the good work!
The almost two hour travel time to take the basic firearms safety course was worth it! You'd think spending an hour and a half on firearm laws would be boring, but it wasn't; the time flew by, the instructor was entertaining and knowledgeable. Only wish the facility was closer to NH ...

Great courses, Excellent instructors. A lot of background experience, great place to get your license to carry.
Took the Women's Basic Firearms Class for the LTC with Chris and it was great. He is professional, knowledgeable and funny. He covered alot of material basics, loading/unloading and then we got to shoot. I've been coming to this range for a few months and they have plenty of guns to try out. Love it there! Try it out! You don't need to be a member to shoot there or take classes.
The NRA course Refuse to be a Victim is a great class! Instructor Chris VERY informative, high energy and entertaining! The 4 hours flew by! That has been my experience with the many classes I have taken there. Highly recommend MFS for their classes, ranges, and store!
The staff were really friendly and wonderful. We had Chris for a teacher and he helped lighten up the class, making it a fun experience. Literally the only downside is we don't live closer to take more classes. Would definitely recommend the trip to come here for any class or just to enjoy the shooting range :)
Recently purchased in a 9 mm pistol with mass firearms school. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Connor who is very knowledgeable and took time to explain every single thing that mass firearms school has offers as far as firearms. I would definitely recommend anyone who's looking to get their Massachusetts license to carry to check out mass firearms school and take your safety course with him.
