They lost work order to put DOD on a headstone multiple times and when confronted about it was informed they remember receiving it but magically don't know what happened. Be sure not to ask about issues because they will refuse to to their job, if they have it, because you hurt their feelings. Very unprofessional.
They were able to put dad's name and info on the back of mom's headstone looks amazing!!
