I wrote my previous review when I was stressed about finances. Hollister Village has been a nice community to live in. The grounds are meticulously kept and it is close to shops and restaurants.
I wrote my previous review when I was angry about the lease process. Hollister Village is a nice complex (well-maintained) and conveniently located next to shops and restaurants.
I wrote about this apartment previously and the cost to get out of the lease when I was upset. I have tried to edit the post and I’m unable. This is is nicely maintained complex with good amenities.
This place is ridiculous. I was a freshman college student at UCSB. After 2 quarters I have decided to move back home. I have 2 months and 6 days left in my lease. The total owed in rent is $7,211.68. I told the manager that | understood I'm responsible for the remainder of the rent but I can vacate early so they can lease it to someone else. There are a lot of transfer students looking for rentals right now and Open House at USCB is next weekend so they might have students looking. However, if I turn in my keys early, I hav... read more
