Great service! – I have been dealing with this business for years. Usually small purchases. I always get treated with respect by friendly people. They are helpful with suggestions without being "pushy". I have had them help me pick up rocks that are a bit heavy for me, get me a wagon, take things to my car and load them. I enjoy the family feeling. So different than the large chain businesses. When I bring the pickup for mulch, I am told exactly what to do and what they will do to get my pickup loaded. Great Service – Wow are those other reviews wrong!! We couldn't have had a better experience. They helped us with all the material amounts we needed and delivery was the same day and on time. They even special ordered the plants we wanted. We will recommend them to all our friends!!
Terrible Customer Service and over priced!!!!! – Hollister Landscape Supply is the worst place to buy landscape materals. They treat you like there is nowhere else you can buy the same products. Arrogant with attitude. Not to mention they do not weigh the products and short you whenever possible. I will never spend another penny at Hollister Landscape Supply! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
High Priced – High prices, and horrible customer service. Ladies in office gave incorrect estamites, and where not willing to help.
