I went to Hollister Jewelry in early February 2023 to have me my rope chain repaired due to a broken chain link. When I went back a couple days later to pick it up. I did not look at the repaired chain until a few weeks later because was undergoing some surgery procedures so I kept in it envelope for some weeks.
