This is regarding a custom new build in the Austin area. The owner/builder is dishonest, dismissive, unreliable, difficult, unorganized and in general an overall unkind man. He purposely framed our fireplace incorrectly and then charged us to correct the framing. We had paid an interior designer to create the cad drawing and he completely disregarded our efforts and framed it as he wanted it to be completed.
