Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only do their sales associates have the worst communication skills of any dealership I've visited; their management can't return phone calls if their lives depended on it. Neil Zoosk has failed to communicate with me on multiple occasions in regards to not only bike purchases, but for service issues on a bike recently purchased from them; Neil is the farthest thing from being a "service" manager and has done nothing more than leave me with a horrible imag... read more
