The employees need to be trained on how to process a return! The employee didn’t understand that I wanted to return my items first and use the credit to purchase the new items. He kept insisting I needed to purchase the items first. The issue was not only was he not trained to do this simple return, he was nasty and rude from the moment I placed my items on the counter.
Asked a simple question and they were rude and snotty as if I worked there and knew the return policy. Thank god I called before going into this location.
The atmosphere of this store SPECIFICALLY, needs a lot of work. Whenever I visit, one worker (male, tall, brown hair) is always rude and makes the whole experience uncomfortable. Felt like I was being watched the entire time. Super uncomfortable shopping experience. It’s hard to enjoy shopping when this specific staff member seems like they don’t want us there. Went into the store today before my movie, and the man working on site was an absolute PRICK! He was tall and skinny with black hair and a black beard and SNAPPED at me instead of asking me nicely to go into a fitting room! Mind you there were NO workers by the fitting rooms and I couldn’t even get inside. Extremely rude guy with red hair rang me up and as I was putting my money away he rudely said “can you step aside there’s other people “. I was putting my money away!!! Terrible customer service!
