Good store with many nice clothes and different styles! I took off a star because the last time I went it was SUPER MESSY AND UNORGANIZED! Many unfolded clothes just sitting on the tables and it looked like a disaster!
Ordered a sweater to this store. I received an email confirmation that my sweater was ready to pick up, I called the store to double check and they said it was ready. They didn’t have it, said it got lost. They did this to me twice in the span of ~5 weeks, exact same thing. When I asked to just cancel the order, one of the workers rolled her eyes and said she couldn’t do it.
Wrong pricing manager refuse to come and explain bad customer service
Horrible experience, went to return jeans, had a family emergency and couldn’t exchange until after about 36 days. Was told by the managers they couldn’t do anything because they have a 30 day limit even after I was told mangers can make some exceptions. Your managers need to be trained to be customer friendly. Horrible overall experience
Isabella was so kind!! She got us everything we needed, size changes and all. Had lots of fun, bought nice clothes^^
