Hollister is a great place to shop. The store has a nice vibe, the clothes are stylish, and the service is always friendly and helpful. I always enjoy stopping by when I need something new.
Over priced low quality poor customer care ever
I recently tried to make an exchange for a gift that didn’t fit, but the experience was really disappointing. The items were brand new with tags still attached. I simply needed a different size. The manager I spoke with was not helpful at all and didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue. I left frustrated and without a solution. I expected better customer service, especially for something so simple. The manager was Hallie.
