Staff is so rude and unprofessional.
manager was so rude, i don’t normally leave a review but he genuinely didn’t wanna help I had something to return and at another hollister location they said i could return it by swiping the card i paid with but i didn’t have the card at the moment , this location said it’s against the policy which doesn’t make sense. I even asked if I can do store credit he said no, he couldn’t find it under my account even though i put it my phone number every time this is not great customer service as I worked retail before as a customer ... read more
