Staff were so friendly and helpful. They were the highlight of my day.
Very disappointing experience. The sales person was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. Instead of helping customers respectfully, their attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Good customer service is very important, and unfortunately this place failed badly in that aspect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated.
The staff was so rude. His expression said it all. Please hire someone more polite instead of ruining the customer’s day. The worst experience i ever had Ps : if he had a name tag I could have mentioned his name.
