The store closes at 5 pm, managers tells employees to close the dressing room at 4:30 pm. No posting, no heads up, no notification ,no reminder of any kind for the customers still shopping, picking up items they want to try on, in the dressing room before purchase. First thing, is this closing dressing room 30 minutes before closing a universal policy for the chain? Or is it individual store only? not sure about what it is everytime i shop in here but everytime i do the cashiers are ALWAYS slow. they take forever to attend to someone and only have one cashier open. please fix your issues because i love shopping here but the customer service could genuinely use some work. i’ll be trying to buy some shirts, and the cashier takes 10 minutes to do a return for 1 item for the person in front of me. also, telling people that the changing rooms are closed when there’s people still actively in them and going in and out and it... read more

I’m here to review because of how awesome Karla is. She was super attentive and took initiative with something I needed help with. I was so stunned at how quickly she knew exactly what I needed.
