i went to do a return like 1-2 days after the 30 day return window and the manager or whatever he was told me i could not get store credit even though online it says i am supposed to get store credit after 30 days. extremely unprofessional and he obviously didn’t wanna help me smh.
Mind you I never leave Google reviews unless I feel like I HAVE to. Look I get it, it’s Christmas time, you’re tired, people suck, but if you are going to work in customer service, at least please give me customer service. I’m not asking you to ask me about my day but you can acknowledge me when I come to the counter. Every single time I come to this place I am met with misery. Poor customer service. Visited store around 3 pm on September 17th. The Caucasian male was very rude. Did not even acknowledge my presence or other customer when I walked in. He just stood behind the counter pretending to shuffle papers. Then a young lady clocked in shortly after I entered and the way he treated her was ridiculous. I will not be back to this location even though I live in the area.
One employee was very rude. I had 10 minutes till it was closing time, (I also too work in retail and I understand they were cleaning up and ready to close). I knew what I was coming for so I went straight to the pants section, and one employee came and asked "looking for a size" and I said "yes" but I wasn't sure what size I was because Hollister has a different size system and I haven't shopped at Hollister in a while and my pants sizes changes at times.
