The girls working are extremely rude. I asked one of the girls a question regarding the price of the jeans. She told me it cost $30. I find out that’s it’s actually $50 when I check the receipt after I pay. I go to confront them about it but they barely let me get a word in before kicking me out because they are closing. I totally understand that you guys want to go home, but this is your mistake!!! Be for real!!! I walked into Hollister to buy some jeans and one of the employees named Zara was absolutely wonderful and helped me find the right size and styles I wanted. Great location and the store was well organized and clean. Will be back
I LOVE this location..can’t say where you guys are as I scrolled down I saw something about Smith Haven. Did I make an incorrect turn? They had SAME deals. I Live "Half Way" there..I'll either be in Lake Grove or I'll be in Riverhead. EDIT: Yea guys...turned out...I spoke with their DISTRICT MANAGER and he gave me a FREE pair of Jeans because I was so distraught is what the one guy said....This is a full on OUTDOOR shopper's dream!!! Especially on Long Island!
Not helpful at all ! The girl who checked me out had her whole stomach out and bellybutton pierced. Store is unprofessional.
