Worst customer service ever! Sales associates were ignoring customers in the store, despite being asked where items were located. The two associates were on their cell phones the entire time that we were in the store, except to check out customers. Both associates were extremely rude and argumentative. We should have left the store, before making our purchases. I will never go back! Both of these individuals were not helpful. This store does not deserve even a one-star rating.
Went today to make an exchange and Alexzavian helped me .. He was very nice and helpful . Thank you so much the great service
Terrible customer service every time I go in there.
They have super cute clothes but when I ordered a skirt they said it would be in by a week and it’s been 2-3 weeks and they still don’t have it
Poor customer service. Associates not properly trained or knowledgable about the brand products. Management needs better coaching with staff or the store just needs leadership and better management.
