Everytime we come in this store the line is always long, with only one person running register. And multiple people working the floor. Used to like shopping here but not if I can't be checked out in a reasonable time. Hopefully you guys get this figured out.

Ordered online. Only 1/2 of the order was shipped. Called and told them they forgot half the order they said they would reship it. The reship came in today and guess what.......still missing an item. Called them again and was told the sweater was out of stock now. So my daughter looked online and it's still on there in different colors. Did the lady offer to replace it in another color? No. Did she offer any compensation? No. She didn't seem to care at all! Very disappointed.
