If I could give zero stars I would. They had a sale on jeans so it was super busy. Certain registers were designated for “cards only” but the machines were not working. Was told to get back in line to try a different register as if the malfunctioning card reader was our fault. The staff seemed unbothered that there machines were not working as two other customers had the same problem. The same thing happened at the second register as well as the first transaction taking my $1… See more

Love the store! The only reason I am not giving them five stars is because they almost always run out of my daughters pant sizes (0S), and the long lines one has to wait in to pay for the merchandise.
the A/C is either broken or it was off. There was so manny people in there yesterday, it was disgusting in that heat. The staff was rude and frustrated... it was just a horrible time. I'd rather order online or go to a store in a different city....
I was very disappointed with the way the manager handled a pricing issue. I’m not saying customers are always right, but it should have been handled differently. I’ll think twice before I go back!!
