I had an issue with an order being expired. All staff was extremely short and rude with me both on the phone and in person when I was just trying to figure out the problem. Felt like I couldn’t ask for help with the issues I was having. Super disappointing

I usually shop here but today I saw new staff omg very rude and unfriendly .. they don’t even don’t know how to talks and communicate with customers.. this is the careless of manager’s
I usually have a good experience here but today was not the case. Walked in to exchange a shirt for some items, ended up picking a pair of sleep shorts and a bikini top & bottom because they were labeled as buy one get one half off (Would have made my bottoms $10 instead of $20). I check out, use my $5 off reward and the $24 I had from my exchange. My total is $39 and some change, I leave and check my receipt and see the $10 off the bottoms (the 50% off) wasn’t applied.
