Hollister Co. has the worst customer service team I've ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. After a month of trying to get an exchange handled that an employee made a mistake on, I'm told "Sorry we can't do anything about that" after telling the employee in the store twice that it was a gift she still returned the money paid to the original card instead of toa gift card. Her manager then said to call customer service. I was then told to email customer service. I was THEN told to email a different branch of customer ... read more

Went to Hollister and actually bought something from them for my first time today. Their checkout counter was cluttered with Auntie Ann's trash, and the worker that rang me out forgot to put my perfume in my bag which I was charged for. I noticed the perfume wasn't in my bag when I got home so I called and politely explained what happened.
