Clothes were clearly marked 40% off and yet they wouldn’t give the discount. That’s called false advertising. Lost a good sale. Kirsten the mgr was condescending and rude. The sales guy Kirt was ok but short with me. You should give the marked sales price and change it after if it’s wrong. I checked back later and the sign still says 40% off. Ownership needs to retrain.
My new go-to clothing store, as they are one of the few designers that fit me perfectly and comfortably. This location is amazing, as it’s always organized, clean, stocked and staffed with great people. I check in every few weeks to see the latest styles and sales, as the app is a great companion.
