Bad experience and last time ordering from Hollister online. I will never purchase anything else from this company. I placed an order pair of jeans. It shows it is going to be ready at the store on January 9th, 2026. I received an email stating my order is ready for pick up. I go to Hollister and notice the package looks big it doesn't look like a pair of jeans in the package. I went ahead and opened the package it was a purse from Abercrombie & Fitch. Why? Customer service was awful..the cashier that checked us out was rude and did not offer any incentives to sign up for rewards.
Staff made sure customers were satisfied.
I ordered an item online for ship to store 3 weeks ago. It was expected for 3-5 business days. The store received my package 2 weeks ago. I got no updates. I called in 3 times and went into the store a few days ago to inquire about it and was told it never came. I called again today and finally someone thought to check their package closet. My package has been sitting there since Dec 30th. This store and employees are awful. They don’t scan or log packages correctly and the manager (pictured) doesn’t seem to care or run this... read more
