Went to the Hollis Country Kitxhen for a late breakfast. The searing is definitely Country. Wooden bench along the walls, chairs that were not comfortable by any means. The table we were ar was sticky, not food sticky but years of varnish coming off sticky. My breakfast was a hash skillet. The hash was dry and was a small portion over potatoes, which were good. This will not be on my return to list.
We used to love going here but the last few times we’ve noticed a change. Our last visit was absolutely horrible. Food was so late (about 45 minutes) we almost left. Food prices are high also ($57 for 2 regular dishes and 2 coffees). It’s a shame because it used to be a cute breakfast place.
Could be super cute w a fresh coat of paint. Too expensive for low quality food. Did not have chibbata bread in stock as advertized on menu and waitress made no attempt to make up for that. Overall dissappointing and expensive.
