These guys are as sharp as they come and know the heating and air business like no one else in the Golden Triangle. I highly recommend their services and plan on being a repeat customer for life.
Would not consider using ANYONE else. Very nice people and gets the job done in a timely manner. Been in the business for years and know what they are doing. If you are looking for a new unit or repair look no further.. Hollis Brothers is the answer!
Was a wonderful place to work for over 25 years and miss talking to the regular customers that I got to know so well over the years.
I will never use or recommend this company. After waiting 2 days for service men to show up, they just canceled. The office staff is clueless as to what the workers are doing or if they intend to show. Another company, Erick Loper, showed up within 24 hours and did a great job. I highly recommend him.
I have NEVER written a poor review online for anything my entire life, but I felt compelled to after our experience with these folks the past few years. About 3 years ago, they installed a central AC heat pump into our attic. Right from the start, we were not impressed. The older man was very rude, and they did a poor job overall. For example, they punched a hole through our ceiling while doing the project and weren't going to fix it until we made them. We called on Monday to get someone to simply come to our house and blow out a line. The lady that took the call explained that they were busy and that it wouldn't be that day. That seemed reasonable. She took my information and promised to call me back.We never got a call back. Tuesday afternoon I called back and spoke to a lady named Kim who could find no record of my call.
