These people are heartless! I had an old debt to a hospital bill from a clinic in Kansas back in 2011 that was like $40. They now have chased me since 2011 and it is now 2023 and made me pay $876.00 and the original debt was waaayyyy less!!! They are RUDE and have followed me from Kansas to Chicago and now at my Mother's house in Washington state. They put a lean on my bank account and now at my job and taking 25% of my check each week. This company tries to collect on a debt that we do not and never have owed. I instructed them to notify me in writing of the details of the supposed debt and of course, never heard a word! The woman on the phone said it was a traffic ticket. Only problem is... neither my husband or myself ever got a traffic ticket and if we did, we'd have paid it. I mean, it's not exactly a big deal! But we will not pay what we have never owed.
You wait over a year to contact you over a bill, claim 12% interest , and gouge you for $134 plus over $61. I made the attempt to rectify any discrepancy with "Rachael" via phone, and nothing! I at least CALLED YOU from a letter in my mail less than 2 days that expired, not a year like the courtesy you showed me! I DISPUTE the amount you want, and so will my team of Attorneys. Good Luck

So after 8 years of not knowing there was even a judgment against me in Kansas (I live in Colorado and have for 6 years now at the same damn address), this asshat and his staff decides to do a bank levy on account that I was only a signer on.
