Husband worked 5 weeks and was told he wasn't performing at the level they wanted. Because someone else messed up a machine and he had to fix it and fell behind in his work. So he got one strick and was out. Instead of helping and training better they fired him and he wasn't allowed to fight it or given a second chance. But in the 5 weeks he either stayed an extra 4 hours or went in early by 4 hours almost every shift after his first 2 week training period. I think they need to do better. Was let go in in my first week of training due to(in my opinion)working harder than fellow employees. Social scores from coworkers apply here. Wasn’t given any warnings or opportunities for any improvement. Wasn’t even given the chance to finish my second week. Reason for termination I was told was the opinions of fellow employees and that I was talking over my trainer(which I wasn’t). I worked super hard and passed all my pre tests so their loss. Would ABSOLUTELY not recommend
Was mislead with apprenticeship opportunities during hiring process. All the people on the floor are great but upper management and above have no clue who works hard and who doesn’t , very much a broken system in regards to hiring and firing. Had buddies who were highly qualified be denied the job and instead people hired with much less experience. Highly recommend not working here. Worst company I have worked for in terms of upper management.
The management can't be bothered to actually be on the floor and look at peoples work ethic and instead rely on the reviews of other workers which results in you losing your job if some people don't like you and leave you poor reviews
A big old fashion company and very nice people I messed up with my location they didn’t got crazy they just come and help me thank you very much I wish all the company like that
