Usually, these guys are top notch. Today an issue popped up. They were replacing a tire for me and the tech was smoking while he worked. Normally, I could care less. However, when he was finished mounting the tire, he placed the spare in the back cavity while he still had a cigarette in his mouth. This is an SUV where the back cavity is "inside" the passenger compartment (as opposed to a trunk). I am not a smoker and the car was new (my first new car).
