Been renting for awhile now and it just seems to be problem after problem with the house mind you our rents 1,050 a month for a house that was advertised as central heating and air but was actually gas, the first month we used the sink and it backed up into our tub (they actually fixed that) we had termites (hopefully fixed as well), the pipe that connects to the washer so the water can drain didn’t work and was never fixed so we wash our clothes at the laundromat and now the tub won’t drain.
