Has come out twice. Each time he only works outside and leaves without checking inside to see if everything is working. hHopefully third time is a charm, he leaves before checking to see if it's really working and forces you to call him after he has left because you discover nothing is working. Then you have to wait until at least the next day for him to come back. Twice this has happened back to back...
Bob Hollingsworth came to help my grandmother out today. Her A/C ducts were removed previously to drain moisture and no one wanted to come reconnect them. Bob came out, he was friendly and knowledgeable. Within 45 minutes he had things taken care of. These are the kind of professionals that many in the service industry could learn from these days.
