I cannot tell you how pleased I am with your service today. Excellent. I have gone to Critz and Hilton Head Mercedes to have a rattle fixed and spent thousands of dollars on replacement parts that I didn't think I needed and no one fixed the rattle. You looked at it and immediately saw a screw missing and replaced it at no charge. I am so impressed with the work today. Thank you so much.

This was one of three shops recommended by my insurance company. I'm happy to say I made the right choice in selecting this repair shop. These guys did a phenomenal job. I was kept informed of the progress from beginning to end and it was finished just as promised. They now have a customer for life!!!!
From the moment my car went in for repair from an accident, Hollingsworth was on it right away. I never once had to call for an update. They ensured that I knew what was going on with my vehicle every other day for the two weeks it was in the shop. This included picture updates of my vehicle. Everyone there is friendly and super helpful. Best customer service I have experienced in quite some time. You truly know that you're cared about at Hollingsworth. I will recommended it to anyone!!
