Yummy Cookies Hollin Hall Pastry Shop has some of the best cookies in this area. They always have very unique designs (like special Christmas and Easter cookies, leaves in the fall) and they are just downright great tasting. Worst experience in my life My son was going to propose to his girlfriend who loves cupcake by having her ring in a cupcake made to look like a Tiffany's Box (it was a Tiffany's ring). He asked me if I could order it since he lives an hour away and he would come on the special day to pick it up. I spent an hour in the shop drawing out every detail. soggy & sugarless birthday cake I ordered a cake for my boyfriends birthday, today it was delivered and it was a HUGE let down. Not only did everyone refuse to eat the cake because it tasted horrible, it was overly soggy. The delivery was also a hour late. i was extremely let down and unimpressed.
high prices! This bakery does not beat out Brenners Bakery in Belleview but does sell some very delicious sweets! The cookies are priced very high but they are very good. They have great bread and the cakes are wonderful! The decorator really takes her time in what she does and she does it very well!
Neighborhood Community Committment & the best European-style French Pastry A diamond in the Hollin Hall Village. Just 10 minutes south of Old Town Alexandria, this shop is a "must visit"!!! Very decent Belgian Mousse Bavarian cakes and wedding cakes. The staff is local, friendly and cordial. Parking is very easy and there's a lot to do in the shopping center.Hollin Hall Pastry shop boasts it's "well-earned" honors with more plaques on the wall than my father with six higher-learning degrees!!Enjoy.

Really let me down. Imagine sitting at a restaurant table surrounded by friends and family, celebrating husband's landmark birthday. Where's My Refund Hollin Hall was recommended by the Ft. Belvoir Officers Club. I decided to use them for my daughters Bat Mitzvah. Unfortunately the party was cancelled because of the snow storm on Dec 19, 2009. The baker- Mel was contacted prior and he agreed to refund our money since there would be no possible way a cake could be delivered and the officers club was closing. We paid 650.00 for the cake.
