I've held off writing thus because everyone loves them..but after THREE separate BAD experiences in the last ten months, I'm no longer willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. We've lived here since 1994 and have used them many times. The most recent incident involved "diagnosing" our 14-year-old Lexus for $110. and then telling us it needed $2400. worth of work. Fast forward, my husband received a auto computer code scanner ($20) for Fathers Day. 15 minutes and $60 later, the car is fixed. Seriously, they're crooks.
Seriously the best customer service around, had me back on the road in no time!
I visited Hollin Hall automotive for he first time last weekend. The quality of service and professionalism of the crew was as good, if not better than the local dealerships. Their flexibility, timeliness, and convenience will make me a return customer.
Have to give a shout out to Tom Harvey and the crew at Hollin Hall Automotive. Brought my '07 Durango in for some minor work on Friday and they did everything I asked and the car was ready when promised. They even got my AC working, which it hasn't in 2 years. For the past 9 years they have kept my car on the road and my families cars for many years before that. Just went over 200000 miles hopefully they can keep it going for a little bit longer. Thanks Tom, Mark, Ron, George and the crew.
