I really wanted to love this place since it is so close but I just can’t. We have lived all over and this is the only vet I have ever felt was rude and deceptive. They will quote one price on the phone and then charge much more when you get there claiming we should have gotten the estimate in writing. Then talk to you very rudely if you question it. Recommendedwe have been with them for almost 13 years. all of the staff are wonderful and caring. Dr Krasner was so helpful during our cat, Peter's final months. She would call to check up on him and us and even shed tears with us when we had to say goodbye to him. Best staff all around.
They take such good care is my puppy, Zoe. Everyone in the office is so friendly, conscientious and professional.
The Hollin Hall team always goes the extra mile to follow up making sure our greyhounds are feeling their best. Yesterday, they called to confirm we didn’t have any additional questions and that our HeMan was feeling ok after an emergency vet visit the night before. The e-vet sent them a report and the Hollin Hall team proactively reached out to us to close the loop on his care. Our pets feel loved.
