I was communicating with this company on a home addition project over the past few weeks. We arrived at the contract stage and I had made a request that the contract payment schedule be linked to project milestones rather than specific dates -- I'm fairly sure that's the best practice. They would not budge on any contract revisions and instead told me they no longer had the capacity to take on my project. Hunter and David with Holliman Contracting were just awesome to work with for our beautiful walk-in pantry addition to our kitchen. Where a previously unattractive open landing from the kitchen to the garage stood, we wanted a pantry with attractive open shelving for extra storage, a hidden broom/ mop closet, built in cabinetry around an extra fridge and cabinetry with a extra sink for entertaining or for washing up when coming in from the garage...all in a small space....AND we wanted it to seamlessly blend in to our kitche... read more
We recently had Holliman Contracting finish an attic for us. As a contractor myself, it’s great to see younger guys still getting into the trades. Hunter and David were precise in their explanation of the scope of work, advised on the potential for things that could arise even with a new build and execution was top notch. Communication was solid.
