I normally go to Young Street branch which is my home but today I had to go to Kahala branch. The staff at Young street always takes care so I was a little nervous today. Everything went really well! Staff knew my name and was very personal. Friendly faces and very professional. Zach did an excellent job with my scans. Good teamwork and Dr. Brad was super patient and helpful. I’m very happy they were able to squeeze me in. 5 stars hands down! Thankyou
The kahala location is beautiful and the staff are really friendly, but the quality of dental work is poor. My daughter has only had 2 appointments, and we have needed to return to the office within a few days of each appointment, due to poor work. We are 0/2 for a successful visit and hope this changes. I cannot imagine continuing like this for another 1.5 years.
Everyone is always so nice when I come in for my appointment. Holiday ortho fixed my gap in my teeth and I can’t wait to be able to smile without being shy. Thank you!
I always feel welcome in their office. The doctors and staffs are very kind and answer all questions clearly. I’m glad to choose them!
