They dont understand what "you have the wrong number" means. Ive asked them multiple times to stop calling me and I have no idea who the person is they are trying to contact at my number. They have called multiple times and I continue to tell them to stop calling because the person they are looking for is not at this number.
Was treated in the most unprofessional condescending manner by a staff attorney, Oscar (?last name). Aggressiveness is appreciated in the courtroom or with OC, but never with a prospective client. Expected better. As an experienced paralegal, I am familiar with information that is relevant and how to treat everyone with respect and courtesy. Oscar needs to take a course in this.
Every one was nice and professional especially Taylor and Lauren . But Oscar (Wiener) by far most unprofessional. Rude. I will not use this law firm again .
