I have gone to this wonderful law firm three times! Each time, they fought for my rights,with the tough insurance companies! I was hit by a man who ran a stop sign. He had terrible insurance! Second accident, I was stopped at a light, when I got hit hard, by a drunk driver. He was coming out of a bar, so I assume he was. He hit me and ran! Third accident was the toughest! They dont understand what "you have the wrong number" means. Ive asked them multiple times to stop calling me and I have no idea who the person is they are trying to contact at my number. They have called multiple times and I continue to tell them to stop calling because the person they are looking for is not at this number.
Was treated in the most unprofessional condescending manner by a staff attorney, Oscar (?last name). Aggressiveness is appreciated in the courtroom or with OC, but never with a prospective client. Expected better. As an experienced paralegal, I am familiar with information that is relevant and how to treat everyone with respect and courtesy. Oscar needs to take a course in this.
