I had originally left a 4 star rating. I am updating that due to a lack of transparency & awful customer service. I was asked to drive my car uninsured. To show no damage B4 they would take payment. 800 # took my payment NO PROBLEM THEY CAN'T EXPLAIN LISTED CHANGES IN MY POLICY? I had a friend make a payment & he was added to my policy? An over 40 dollar charge they won't remove. I cannot see my detailed bill? They can't show me my signed contract? Do not recommend ‼️
I can't get the people on the phone nor the people to call me and get me on my end ...I had insurance coming out automatically and now don't know what's going on .. I am done with the ignorance .. I also can not get my car note people on the phone to pay my payment not in person at detailed locations to pay it nor on the internet or over the phone ,no payments are allowed at all and then there's an article saying America's car center has fired 303 employees and shutting down so please someone tell me something ..
