Holliday was paid by my mother in advance for service to her furnace and ac. They never showed up last fall for service so she called and scheduled a service call in March this year. She is 85 and now a widow so I guess the technician saw a easy mark. He inspected the furnace in the attic and then proceeded to tell her she had holes in the heat exchanger and it would need to be replace soon.
