I own the business next to one of their current projects and have had a very poor experience with both the contractor and subcontractors. I have to go next door and get the subs to move their trucks out of my parking lot almost daily, we find empty food containers and drink bottles. When I talked to the Holiday Group onsite super, he said it wasn't a big deal if the subs used out parking lot.....I am in the construction industry and know this is the wrong way to run a site.
Very reliable company. Easy to work with on all projects. We have done 2 remodels with Holiday Group and were happy with all of the work done. Our Kitchen remodel was our biggest project and we had to be out of our home for the duration of the remodel. Holiday group worked hard to keep us on schedule, but we had a storm slow things down so we had to move back into the house and they helped arrange for the delivery of appliances and installs sooner so as we could adapt while waiting on all the finals
